Information included in a service enquiry
The enquiry form asks for contact, property and appliance details so the request can be understood and followed up. Keep the information relevant to the enquiry.
What the form requests
The form includes your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, service request and property or appliance information. An optional message lets you explain the requested work and access arrangements. Do not include identity documents, payment-card details, passwords, alarm codes or unrelated personal information.
The form also includes an anti-spam field, browser timing information and a Cloudflare Turnstile check. These support submission handling. The form sends the submitted information to the enquiry processing endpoint used by this website.
Analytics and third-party services
This website includes Google Analytics measurement and Cloudflare Turnstile on its enquiry form. These services can process technical information when their scripts run. Their own privacy information explains their services: consult Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
A link to another website opens a separately operated service. Review that service’s information before providing details. This page does not state a retention period or make a security guarantee that has not been verified.
Keep a request limited to what is needed
Use the website contact route if you need to ask about information previously supplied. Identify the relevant enquiry without sending further sensitive documents. Confirm the business handling your proposed work and its privacy arrangements before providing information beyond the initial request.
For access arrangements, give general information in the form and agree any sensitive entry instructions directly with the confirmed provider. Do not put permanent access codes in a general enquiry message.
